Bridges To Prosperity also is assisting the Rotary Club of La Jolla Golden Triangle, From San Diego, California, on a bridge over the Kabul River, outside Jalalabad, Afghanistan.  Fary Moini and Steve Brown of the Rotary Club visited the site in October of 2008, and extra survey data collection was completed by Ken Kraushaar and Dave Warner on our behalf.  IBT Engineers have taken a lead on the project, and Bridges To Prosperity is playing a support role.
