Ronald Mosocco
Board Member - Treasurer

Ron Mosocco was born in Burgettstown, PA, a small hard working town west of Pittsburgh, PA in 1955 from grandparents who emigrated from Western Europe.

His high school sweetheart, Doris, married him and they moved to Williamsburg, VA in 1986. Graduating from Waynesburg College, PA in 1977 with a BSBA, he soon obtained his CPA, then his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). As a tax partner with a local/regional CPA Firm, he worked with many entrepreneurs, as well as publicly traded companies, especially in the Caribbean basin area. Opting for a less traveled circuit, he joined one of his infant clients, the Williamsburg Winery, as VP/CFO. Ron also maintains a full-time accounting/financial planning practice specializing in Income Tax, Estate, Trust and Financial Planning. Doris, RN and Director of Quality Control, Riverside Home Health Care Systems, & Ron are the proud parents of three daughters, Melinda, a high school English teacher in Northern Virginia, Michelle, a graduate in Computer technology, and Darcy, soon to graduate from Va. Tech and enter the Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant Officer. He is currently working on a tell-all book on Southern Rock with his good friend, Jerry Eubanks, of the Marshall Tucker Band. Over the years Ron has given back to the community he has lived in. He is proud to have worked with the local Kiwanis Club in developing the “Special Olympics” program that has now reached National Status. In addition, he has served on the following:

♦ Past Treasurer, Board Member and Chair of Finance Committee, Old Towne Medical Center, a non-profit organization for indigent citizens for James City, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas.

♦ Past President - Greater First Colony Area Civic Association, Williamsburg VA
