Michael W. Paddock, P.E., P.S.

Mike is a senior project manager with CH2M HILL and is currently the Milwaukee Transportation Partners manager for the design of the Marquette Interchange, the Mitchell Interchange and the Zoo Interchange study.

He has managed several industry leading projects. In New Mexico, Mike was the design manager on the 120-mile NM 44 program which was the first in the nation to include a 20-year performance guarantee. He managed two design-build projects in Virginia and was the roadway design lead on a 200-km portion of the Pan American Highway in Peru.

His passion is working in developing countries on sustainable projects. He has mentored many university senior design teams, designing and building dozens of projects in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Ghana and Bolivia.

Mission Statement. Bridges To Prosperity is a volunteer based charity that seeks to empower poor African, Asian and South American rural communities through footbridge building, thereby advancing personal responsibility, community public works, economic prosperity, and access to schools, clinics, jobs, and markets.
