Chris ReseighChris Reseigh is the Global Director of Program and Construction Management for Parsons Brinckerhoff. He was the former President of PBCS Inc., the program and construction management subsidiary of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) for 15 years. His career in engineering and construction management spans more than 40 years and he is a Principal Professional Associate, Principal Project Manager and a PE in many states.

He has an MES degree from the University of New South Wales and a BE (Civil ) degree from the University of Melbourne. He also attended the Duke University Business School of Executive Management. He is a Fellow and a present board member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and a Fellow of ASCE. He currently serves as the chair of the Construction committee of the ASCE Construction Directorate. He is a member of the National Academy of Construction (NAC) and a member of the Moles.

Major Construction Management projects and programs that Chris has actively been involved in include the first Second Avenue Subway in NYC , the MARTA system in Atlanta , the Sunshine Skyway Cable Stayed Bridge , Florida’s Turnpike , the Washington Airports National and Dulles Program (MWAA), the Melbourne, Australia Citi Link, General Motors Engineering facilities, Smithsonian New Air and Space Museum, O’Hare Modernization program for runways, the New Delhi Airport PM and the Medupi Power Station in South Africa amongst others. He also serves as the President of the ACE Mentoring Affiliate for the Greater Washington DC/Northern Virginia Metro area as well as mentoring, training and interfacing with various colleges and Universities.

He and his wife, live in Oakton, Virginia and are currently empty nesters with both daughters graduated from college. Chris is actively involved in Engineering and Construction Management professional affairs and in his spare time enjoys tennis, golf and travel.

Bridges To Prosperity is a volunteer based charity that seeks to empower poor African, Asian and South American rural communities through footbridge building, thereby advancing personal responsibility, community public works, economic prosperity, and access to schools, clinics, jobs, and markets.
