Candice Hein

Candice Hein is a native of Colorado, and she has lived there most of her life.

Candice went to Clemson University in South Carolina, playing soccer during her undergraduate career. She graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS in Civil Engineering, focusing on transportation. Since college, she has worked with the consulting firm, CH2M HILL in Denver, CO in the transportation group.

Recently Candice has taken some time off of work to travel and volunteer in Hawaii and Peru. Candice also worked at the bridge sites in Guatemala and Honduras in February 2010.

Mission Statement. Bridges To Prosperity is a volunteer based charity that seeks to empower poor African, Asian and South American rural communities through footbridge building, thereby advancing personal responsibility, community public works, economic prosperity, and access to schools, clinics, jobs, and markets.
