Careers with Bridges to Prosperity

Bridges to Prosperity is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team. This candidate will be detail-oriented and a self-starter; someone committed to our mission and working with the people of Haiti. Bridges to Prosperity is looking to develop a bridge building and capacitation program in Haiti, focused regionally in the Central Plateau. A minimum 1-year commitment for living and working in rural Haiti is required, with expectation that the right candidate would remain with the program. The ideal candidate would have a background in Civil Engineering, and has construction experience working in a rural area of a developing country. As this position requires both program and project management, candidates with both project and people management skills are desired. Those with previous experience in Haiti, with Creole and or French proficiency, are very strong candidates.
